THE DELAWARE OFFSHORE PACKAGE INCLUDES:

Part 1

• Certificate of Redomiciliation.

• Certificate of Formation.

• Company Agreement.

• Appointment of Manager.

• Registration of the Redomiciliation at Companies House Lisbon, and liaising with the Clients Fiscal Representative.

Part 2

• Registered Agents Annual Fee.

• Government Filing Fee.

Package Cost: Part 1 Part 2 Total £855 £395 £1250 Annual Resident Agent Fee and Government Taxes: £395

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Additional charges may be appropriate when there is an urgency to complete a “last minute” redomiciliation process and registration in Portugal before the 31^st of December and when a special appointment may be necessary at Company’s House, Lisbon. Additional charges may also be appropriate in respect of liaison with management companies other than the charges shown for our associated companies in Gibraltar, Jersey, Guernsey and the British Virgin Islands on sheet OS-25 or if a Trust Company is involved

Prices Subject to Exchange Rates. 

Annual Period runs from 1^st January – 31^st December.  The full annual fee is payable irrespective of when the company commences.
